Ginger & Garlic Vinaigrette ~ served with Seasonal Greens & Radishes

ginger + garlic vinaigrette

This Asian style dressing is great on all kinds of salads, perfect for a quick pickle of your favorite veggies and even makes for a great marinade. Our favorite use is for carrot & onion quick pickles.

1 tsbp finely chopped garlic
1 tsbp grated ginger
5 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp brown sugar
