Southern Greens

Ingredients

1 cabbage

1 bunch of chard

2 turnips, diced

1 onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, chopped

3 scallions, chopped

Olive oil
Instructions
Sautee diced onion and garlic in olive oil. Cook until browned on the edges.
Add scallions and turnips. Cook until turnips are just starting to get golden brown.
Add cabbage and chard. Cook until both are wilted and beginning to soften.
Add 1/2 cup water and salt. Simmer covered until tender.
Check for saltiness and enjoy.
