2025 CSA - Pay in Full
This year we're focusing on crops that grow best here in our little microclimate including many items that are suited for long term storage, fermenting, pickling, freezing, and other methods of preservation.
You’ll be able to pick up your boxes at the Farm Stand in Marshall, or at Sow True Seed in Asheville. Delivery will not be available in 2025.
The CSA season will be approximately 20 weeks, May - September, our most successful months of growing.
What it means to join a CSA
A CSA, in short, means you make an investment or commitment to the farm at the beginning of the season, and share the same risks of production as your farmer.
Weather conditions, pests, and other factors beyond our control always have a part to play in the farm’s success, but we do everything we can to make sure we are able to overcome these challenges each year. This allows us to focus our time and energy on growing crops using organic practices and being good stewards of our land.
The upfront payment for your share allows us to make investments in seeds, soil fertility, labor, and infrastructure improvements needed to fulfill the CSA boxes each week when the season starts.
You know exactly where your food is coming from and that the farming practices being used are the best for the health of you, your food, and the land it is being grown on.
Every time you dedicate your hard earned money to buying food from small local farms, food producers and markets you are strengthening our local resources and honoring the hard work of producing fresh, perishable goods on a small scale.
We are putting our trust in our farm and in you, our local community of family, friends and neighbors here in Madison County and Asheville.
